Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp ceremonial matcha
- 3 tbsp gluten-free flour (or any flour of choice)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Alchemy Nut Mylk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the matcha, flour, and baking powder to remove any lumps.
- Add the maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Stir until the batter is smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a small, oven-safe ramekin or dish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
